Wedding Terms & Conditions

The following Wedding Terms & Conditions apply to all wedding events, private celebrations, and special occasions held at The Tiing Tejakula Villas.

F&B Terms & Conditions

• All pricing is per person.
• All pricing is inclusive of 21% tax and service charge.
• Kids under 10 years old are charged 50% of the full menu price.
• Vendor staff meals are charged 50% of the full menu price.
• 50% deposit due upon menu selection.
• All menu selections need to be confirmed 30 days before event.
• All food allergies need to be confirmed 30 days before event.
• Confirmed number of guests due 30 days before the event.
• Pricing is inclusive of white plates, white napkins, silver cutlery, banquet tables covered with white table cloths, and service staff.

Booking Terms

• Please complete our reservation inquiry form for availability and estimated quotation.
• Dates are reserved once the deposit is paid.
• Accommodation and venue deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Planner fee must be paid within 3 days of receiving the invoice to confirm the booking date.
• The deposit will be accepted as partial payment of the total cost.
• Bookings are not final nor are requested dates reserved until the deposit is received and written confirmation has been issued by The Tiing Tejakula Villas.
• 50% of the original estimated wedding budget is due 6 months prior to the confirmed check-in date.
• Final balance payment is due 90 days prior to the confirmed check-in date.
• Guest numbers are still allowed to change after the 90-day period and can be adjusted on the invoice.
• Failure to make final payment by the due date will entitle The Tiing Tejakula Villas to cancel the booking, whereupon deposits paid shall be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If the booking is made within 90 days of arrival date, full payment is required upon reservation.
• Rates are subject to change without notice before bookings are confirmed.
• All pricing is inclusive of 21% tax and service charge.

Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
• Bank transfers do not attract a payment fee.
• Credit card payments attract a 3% payment fee.
• All payment fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Please contact The Tiing Tejakula Villas wedding specialist for recommendations regarding photo and video services to capture the special moments of your celebration.

Rain Stopper Services

To ensure festivals and special events are not disrupted by rain, Balinese traditional rain stopper rituals may be arranged.

This ritual is performed through traditional offerings, burning incense, and ceremonial practices believed to divert rain clouds away from the event location.

A religious ceremony performed by a Balinese Hindu priest to pray that rain is diverted or delayed during the event is available at:

IDR 6,500,000 nett/day (12 hours)

The Tiing Tejakula Villas cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions or failure of services provided by a Balinese rain stopper.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Less than 180 days before the event: 50% of the estimated total amount or non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 120 days before the event: 75% of the estimated total amount.
• Less than 90 days before the event: 100% of the estimated total amount.

Force Majeure

The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authorities, disasters, pandemics, emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control that may make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for the event.

In the event of force majeure, deposits already paid are non-refundable. This agreement may be terminated by written notice from either party without further liability.
